I am getting very close to painting the outside of the car. I decided to do it in stages so i would not be rushed and mess up the most important part, the outside. I painted all the small pieces one day, then came back and got the back side of the decklid and hood as well as the inside of the doors. Next came the wheel wells, engine compartment and truck area. All that is left is to haul it to the paint booth and get the color on the outside! I know earlier my goal was to get it painte in May, but, that just did not happen. This way I have all fall and winter to get it put back together and on the road in the spring.
