Joe, seriously, already backing out?  So your wife's pregnant, probably not even yours.  Well, I understand, make sure to post some pix of the new car.

I told the damn mailman to "chill out" but the bastard screwed my plans up again !!

We are hoping for a girl but a healthy baby is all the matters. If it is a girl, I AM DONE !! 1 boy and 1 girl. Thats it. haha
I talked to Troy and if I can't make it with my car then I am going to put up better sponsorship money for this event.

Thanks everyone. If my in-laws are up the week after I might be able to sneak down. I doubt I will be able to sneak the car and trailer out though. LOL. I really don't want to miss the event again. I sounds like it was a great time.

Would be cool if you could make it Joe, either with or without car. Having kids of my own though, I know how hard it can be to "sneak" anywhere, lol.

We basically have to take Christopher with us everywhere now!!! Not that we don't have anyone to keep him. He just wants to go with us. Especially if it's to the race track. Could be worse I guess.

When your kid grows up and has 2 cars to race, to your one, thats when you know you have raised him the right way.

i just got off the phone with the track.  camping is allowed starting on friday.  probably earlier if anyone wants!  lots of food in the concession.  pro stocks, pro mods, USE, and 2 or 3 brackets.  should we run a sportsmans class?  car show, vendors, swap meet, and whatever else you guys might want or suggest.

i am ready to get all the planning going and i am open to any and all suggestions.  even from those pocaro brothers.

I just took off the week leading up to Drag Night and the following monday too. I am ready!!!    It seems like 3 bracket classes is normal for all the events. However, if you decide to run two classes make them 0-7.99 and 8.00 and slower. Although three classes at 0-7.49. 7.50 to 9.49 and 9.50 and up would be good.

New ideas?? How about a car push to the 330ft marker inbetween last round qualifing and first round?  Or slug bug...that's whoever can get closest to 20.00 in the 1/8th mile?

Me personally i always find this stuff a little silly. But it's funny as $hit. I just stand back laughing at the fools that participate. Will the FIST PUMPING GUIDO participate? If so i'll photograph it.. haha

Ok... SHUT UP AND RACE.

Of course I would partacipate!!  I would even let you steer, can be your first time down the track.  I have a feeling Orangeburg is going to be A LOT more organized then Midway and have their stuff together. This means a more condensed race program, way less down time inbetween pairs of cars and rounds of racing. So you find a way to FILL some of the time. Plus Drag Night is a race with a carnival like atmosphere almost. So why not keep the tone light and be a little goofy

No car push for this guy. I'll be using my gas pedal and about 25 lbs of boost to kick Sain's ass this year!

Guess it's time to start on the cardio, I'm not going all the way to SC to lose pushing a car. Scotty can lose when the car is running, but that will be his fault lol.

Gavin, you have to be in the push. Your crew got to practice last year and they went twice the distance, this should be nothing to them.
