I just got a copy of the latest issue ofThanks guys for some great coverage of the Pittsburg Classic.
Opening photo is a wheelie shot of my car taking the win over Phillup Drew in the final in SuperPro.
Talk about a shot in the arm... My head just got bigger.
It was a great day with all my VW racing friends. Thanks for sharing that with everyone.

So, I finally got a copy of the Feb. issue. In the imortal words of Rodney, "I don't get no respect". Man, I was hoping I was going to get one of those tiny little corner pics in the article as well, but with my blistering times of 10.34, and 16.45, I guess I wasn't fast enough. LOL! Oh well, Tom's pic, and Wayne's pic racing Eric did turn out really cool.

Yeah, I did a nice write up in the article. I'm glad the "money shots" of the faster cars got in, they will spark the most interest, and bring more people to the event next year.

Thanks Gene. Yeah, your car was running well. Not much thrashing in your pit area that I saw. You guys brought your "A" game...

You can when the other guy has a .4298!  Wink

It also helps when you have a 1/4 of a second advantage in the first 60 feet.

We had some issues. My brother got 'em straightened out. We did much better up there than 2 years ago when we couldn't get the damn thing down the track, lol.

Haha!  Unfortunately we couldn't reel you in that time.  We always bust on Todd about his reaction times too, but some things never change, lol!  I hope we can line-up with you guys again this year-- it's always fun racing you air-cooled guys.

Haha, with that mph he ran, if the track would've been any longer....

Just picked-up a copy today.  Thanks for coming out and writing the article RK.  I'm looking forward to a bigger and even better Pittsburgh Classic this year.  Thanks for all the hard work Keith and Kathy!
