For those that ordered the DVDs they are going out in the morning USPS Priority Mail. They should arrive by Christmas for those who placed their order over the last 2 days. For those that hadn't the Post Office closes at 12pm EST. If you get your orders in by then they will go out with the shipment that should arrive prior to Christmas. And if not... you're just too late... Order now

Can you tell me where it's freezing up so i can test it on my end. Maybe you can give me a timecode as the reference point.

Mine did also on one player. Changed players and it worked fine, no problem.

My video wouldn't play on my laptop computer (it wouldn't even recognize that a DVD was in the drive). However, it played fine in our DVD player; great video!

I haven't cut anything out of the video, I looked through all of my original footage and i do not have those runs. Maybe my camera man was taking a nap. Unfortunately he missed the finals in USE as well. If you are so unhappy about your video, ship it back and i'll give you the money back.

For those who are having issues with the playback of these DVD's yes i am aware that they do not like to be played on Laptops. This is a copyright protection to help prevent unnecessary duplication of the DVD's. That is why they play perfectly fine on real DVD players. Again if your unhappy with this please contact me via email or cell phone and we can make arrangements for a return with your money back.

I will watch again and email you when it happens.  It was near the finals.  Was fine til then, then kept freezing up.  This was on a high end Sony DVD player.

Ya i tested one of my copies that i produce with all my DVD players here at the house (3) and they played fine. I also tested it on my brand new dell laptop and it worked on that as well. I think a lot of it now a days is technology and the ever changing CODECs used to play these on the laptops/computers.

I have used the same DVDs for the last 5 years so i know it's not the DVDs. I am going to make a few phone calls to the manufacturer who makes my DVD duplicator and see if they have any insite. This is a completely new problem and it came out of no where literally. I haven't had any problems in the past with discs not playing correctly.

And your copy was the old version. I think it's just a sporadic issue. Cuz this has never happened before. I think it's fixed now.
