Kathy I plan on being there again like I always am unless something comes up. Guys and gals we really need all we can get at this event. Always have a great time and Kathy/Keith always do a great job arranging everything. The dyno day was also great last year as well. The people at Reeves are super nice people and they even let me run my car myself on the dyno which I thought was great too because I'm picky on who drives my VW. HAHA. Really, lets tell everyone we know with a VW about the event and get a big turnout like we used to. See you there!

Yes we want to see all of you there!
If you would like some flyers to pass out and spread to your local VW friends, just drop me a line and I will get them to you. If you know of shops that could use some, let me know that too.

Oh and who is bringing the Shrimp? We are going to be Hungry Saturday night! Planning to cookout at the track and it looks like they are having an Import Shootout on that SATURDAY. Check them out at http://www.importshowdown.com/

Kathy,
When is this Import showdown? Will it be the day of the VW race or day before?

sorry Tim that I couldn't find that out for you.

Its SHOW TIME!

We will be at the Dyno from 10-3, so if you want to run your VW, be there before 2pm.

Come join us at the Cruise-In at 5pm tomorrow afternoon, looks like we are going to have a good turnout again for that as well.

Sunday is the BIG DAY! Gates open at 8am Time runs at 11am, with drivers meeting at 10:30

If you have any questions about this weekend just give us a call 919-616-2183 or 919-616-1039
We will not have computer access so that is the best way to reach us.

Weather is going to be great! Sunny and high of 75!
Hope you can come and join us!

Had a blast at dyno day too. I laid down 165.6 hp to the wheels with my pumpgas 2332 I built for my 63 fair weather daily driver. The guys at Reeves are awesome to deal with. Sunday was great as well at the track. Well until I went to make my first pass and grenaded my tranny when I launched. I didn't think those were suppose to break. haha! Its all good. I think this next go around I am going with an Erco or FTC mainshaft instead of the super beetle mainshaft.

Mel - runs strong as always. Congrats on the win against the delay boxes. Does this mean your going to run both classes now and try and get a double championship? Wouldn't that be some GOOD STUFF.

Rick - of course you win when i'm not there and you have a new paint job.

Manuel - always at the track running strong. a well deserved win

Congrats all 3 of you on your wins. What a great way to start the season.
