Only 11 days away!  Moyers Station Enterprises is on board for this class! A $100 gift certificate will be awarded at the Ga event on March 13th. Plus a $250 Turbosmart Certificate and Autometer Certificate. Get those pre-registrations in for this class! So far we have Corbitt Marshburn and Mike Macarthy registered. We want to see this class take off, but it will not happen without your support! |

Well this has been a hard race to prep for, put a new R/P in went to the track to tune the clutch management system, ripped the R/P out 3rd pass. I replaced everything in the tranny that was damaged, replace the clutch system with another brand of double discs and lighter P/Plate , replaced the clutch management system with something more adjustable. It looks like rain here Sunday so I will be testing next Thursday. One of my friends volunteered his brand new turbo box from Rancho, suprises me sometimes how generous friends can be sometimes, hopefully I have it fixed now and won't need it. Is anyone besides me and Corbitt showing up in Ga ?

If you want to save 50.00 you need to send your entry fee before this Sunday. Early fee is 100.00, after this Sunday it is 150.00.
Hey Cosmo,
You are more than welcome to race with me in Super Pro, hahhahahah but I don't think they will let you run the other class. I would love to see a turbo heads up dragster class, always looked forward to seeing David Greyson , Vic Dawson and all the other turbo dragsters run.

Hey Mike,
Got everything back together, the bearing I got from you was sweet !!!! I have the new clutch, a completely fresh trans and a prototype clutch management system which is VERY adjustable, so I hope I am ready. I did try it out on my 220 ft concrete driveway but not at the track yet, weather did not co operate today. Thanks to MEGA MACHINE, Mike Gagner, RANCHO and all my friends who helped me ,I am as ready as I can be for GA. Thanks again Mike and I owe you supper at Farminton. Mike

First of all we would like to Thank our sponsors for this class - Turbosmart - Autometer - Mega Machine - MSE We started off with a pre-registered four car field for the class - Brannon Young - Mike Chambers - Mike McCarthy - Corbitt Marshburn The Friday before the event, Corbitt informed us that he would not be able to attend to do someone quitting at work and he tried everything he could to find someone so he could come, but couldn't. So we were down to three. Sat at the Dyno Mike McCarthy did some runs on the Dyno and hurt something on the last run, which took him out of the hunt and he went home. So Day of Show it was down to two. Would we have anyone else show up to run the class? We didn't, so they got their 3 qualifying runs and then went unto Eliminations. Brannon took the win over Mike with a RT .301 ET 5.993 122.90MPH to Mike's RT.395 ET 7.429 102.97MPH Payout was guaranteed $900 plus Certificates from TurboSmart, Autometer and MSE Next race will be at Big Bug Shootout on May 22nd. Hope to see these guys there, plus any of you guys that couldn't get their stuff ready for Silver Dollar.
