I feel this event is way too early in the season for this region. I can't commit to
even attend let alone preregister. Last year the tracks in this area didn't even open
for more than a few TnT days before mid May because of the poor weather. Please
reconsider this date as it will be a crap shoot with the weather. I won't run my car
on a cold green track. I have talked to several NCVWDRA members and so far we
all agree the weather is iffy in April for a drag race. If the weather for that date is
clear and above 55* I'll consider running but only if I've got some TnT passes in
beforehand.
Good luck!

Well right now this is what we are going to do. We have heard good things from the local clubs as there is no events during that time to go to.
Weather is always an issue no matter what event it is. We moved our August NC race to May and the June VA race to August to get out of the Heat. Well let's just say that May seemed to be just as Hot in NC, but the August VA race was just right.

We realize that this is a change, but have to look at the schedule for everything as a hole and this was the most logical choice. We will just hope for the best and hope that you guys can come join us.
