Why wasn't Mike at Farmington? He said he had all his trans parts coming.

Not sure this is going to save the horrible turnout for this class.

There's Lee, Brannon, Mike, maybe Corbitt, Farmington is the first time I've seen either of the Lee brothers in a long time, Farmington was the first time I've seen Gene C. all year, might get a few P/S guys to come, maybe Ollie or John S. You can't have dragsters or Grayson will show up and run low 5's. These are all nice cars and fun to watch but it's going to be hard to get this going in this economy. Drag Night and the fall Farmington races will probably work. It's all up to the racers.

I have a very good "feeling" your going to lose some Pro-Mod guys to US. Maybe some other classes too. Just a "feeling" though.

Well all we can do it try. We know there are some out there that were made for this kind of class and we area going to give them a place to race more then a couple of times a year.

As with any VW class, it is always tough to get it off the ground and running.

With whatever class you all decide to run in 2011, we wish you the best of luck!

Hope this goes well for you guys! The MADRA will not be doing a Pro Outlaw race or series this year so if someone was interested the SEVWA is a great place to run for the Pro Outlaw Points!

Or that new motor could slide right in a new car too... Wink

Now that would be cool Joe, hope to meet you in person.  I  am starting a build on a new Unlimited Street car ( 66 bug) but will be running the red car until the new car is finished. I look forward to running ALL the SEVWA events this year and possibly the USE ones also. When he decides to show everyone,  there is another USE car coming out this year if money does not get too tight.  I look forward to seeing everyone in GA for the first race.                                                      Mike McCarthy
