 It was not standard item, you would had to buy or add-on as a accessory.
Also there was a check valve built in so the spare tire would not go flat. I believe it was set at 21 lbs..

I Have a 67 tank with a long hose that goes to the wiper switch. The tank has the fitting on it where the tire line fits to. It does not look like that accessory pic at all tho. I have just the tank, cap and attached hose.
