oh god please tell me you have a snow blower or a quad with a plow or something a tractor with a plow. that is a insane amount of driveway to shovel with all the snow we have been having. this last storm was a total bitch because it was so heavy because of the rainy slush mix before the biggest part of the storm hit. your not gonna have a back left if you are doing it by hand. i live on a main road with 4 lanes and when the big plows go by the leave a 4' wall of packed snow in front of my driveway which sucks so i do feel for ya. good luck

No, no snow blower Sad   The driveway is steep and graveled so we are limited it what we can use.
I like the quad idea  Grin
Our John Deere is not really strong enough to handle a snow plow  Cry

oh god you need your truck back so you don't need to shovel you can just drive through all the snow in 4 wheel drive. your homes view looks amazing but with it comes a great deal of work. my boss owns a log cabin home in new hampshire and his driveway leading to his house is about 1/4 mile into the woods. he has to leave a 4wheel drive bronco at the start of his driveway to just get to the house so he can get to the snow removal arsenal he has. he leaves the bronco there for his brother who is partner in the house and does not have a 4 wheel drive truck. my boss owns a chevy duelly 4x4 with a plow so it is not problem for him. he tells me it's a vacation house and i say your crazy because the amount of work you need to do to get to the house is no vacation to me.

$136.00 Smiley

That is what I am out of pocket.  New transmission and new throttle body.

In all fairness, the store manager is a regular customer of mine.  It pays to know how to make the perfect latte  Wink
