We all have to know the rules of the California Vehicle Code in order to pass the drivers examination, the problem lies in the fact the most people don"t give a S**t about other drivers  rights .As long as they get on down the road .  Try courtesy once in a while, see if if it works, sorta like pay it forward .

The thing that really bothers me is that someone will stop on a green light and wave someone out of a parking lot that was waiting to pull out. I wish people would leave the traffic directing to the cops.

I enjoy when a light turns red and traffic backs up for blocks-It's almost a guarentee that some idiot is going to pull out of a driveway in their car on the right side (across the bike lane) and attempt to "make his/her own lane" and pass everyone on the right (or maybe they think they're riding a bike Grin). Of course my car always (some how Huh) ends up blocking the lane so they get by everyone...until they come up on me Angry.

You guys need proper round-a-bouts or islands, like we have in England, all confusion removed, and traffic can flow! Three simple rules, traffic flows clockwise, those on the island have right if way, you give way to your right. A birds eye view of a busy island in rush hour traffic is something to behold! (plus powersliding around them at night when quiet is great fun with 180hp!).
