My computer has suddenly gotten slow. It freezes on every web page I go to. I can almost type a sentence before it can come up on the screen. Its not just the internet, but the whole computer. Can anyone help me find the right cleaner to get this fast again?
Help will be much appreciated.

While it is appreciated that you respect our opinions about computer repair and such this is really the wrong place to ask.

I would recommend using the basic Windows tools of Disc Cleanup and Defragmenter under the All Programs-Accessories-System tools tab. Many times just doing that will help. If you need more help than that there are many commercial programs you can buy such as System Mechanic that will also help. Try sites like Toms Hardware, PC Hell, and even the manufacturers site for the latest updates for drivers and other system files.

Good luck getting it resolved especially if you have received one of the lovely viruses out there.

Thanks Mark.

I found out about a program called CCleaner. I used it and my computer is up to speed again after deleting unneeded junk. Works like new again.

My computer recently slowed way down when (they) updated a new Java files. Next day, Microsoft came out with one of their fixes.... and things went back to normal.... For me anyway.
