It was actually in the four corners region of Utah 300 miles from Salt Lake City.  Salt Lake is just where the news was reported.

Thanks Doug,  We get so darn many health alerts from CDC, WHO, etc. I did not pay attention other than to what newspaper it was reported in.  Full Dork on my part.  Duuhh.
