I think he is trying to do it on a bike having already seen the video.

I dont know how that guy is doing it but judging from his clothes he is in India or similar country.  The road apears to be wet and he would have to have a smooth rubber tire of possibly a plastic tire to do that.  Ever rode a bike w/ plastic tires?

I don't think the road is wet, judging by the front tires it's not leaving any front tire treads like you would see on a wet pavement.
