Gotta' have the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine installed for it to work.

Download and install from http://www.oldversion.com/download.php?idlong=10b9fa876fee447e7ce4eec1f525a245 (msjavavm503810.exe) then visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com to scan for and install the security update that goes with it.

Richard, on my computer it takes about 2 minutes to load the page, its real slow. Give it some time and the log-in info should pop up. If it still does nothing, do all the stuff Eric just posted above.
