Belive me, for the first time I fell sorry for being mex, they all have the HUEVOS to manifest on the USA, but they didnt have them to do so here on Mexico.
Those people dont give a damm about the USA or Mexico, they are just looking for the easy way out. Im talking about the ones to support the idea of A DAY WITHOUT MEXICANS.
It really make me mad, that for some, everybody gets the blame.
Sorry for my language but

Dear President Bush:

I'm about to plan a little trip with my family and extended family, and I
would like to ask you to assist me. I'm going to walk across the border from

the U.S. into Mexico, and I need to make a few arrangements. I know you can
help with this.

I plan to skip all the legal stuff like visas, passports, immigration quotas

and laws. I'm sure they handle those things the same way you do here.

So, would you mind telling your buddy, President Vicente Fox, that I'm on my

way over? Please let him know that I will be expecting the following:

1. Free medical care for my entire family.
2. English-speaking government bureaucrats for all services I might need,
whether I use them or not.
3. All government forms need to be printed in English.
4. I want my kids to be taught by English-speaking teachers.
5. Schools need to include classes on American culture and history.
6. I want my kids to see the American flag flying on the top of the flag
pole at their school with the Mexican flag flying lower down.
7. Please plan to feed my kids at school for both breakfast and lunch.
8. I will need a local Mexican driver's license so I can get easy access to
government services.
9. I do not plan to have any car insurance, and I won't make any effort to
learn local traffic laws.
10. In case one of the Mexican police officers does not get the memo from
Pres. Fox to leave me alone, please be sure that all police officers speak
English.
11. I plan to fly the U.S. flag from my house top, put flag decals on my
car, and have a gigantic celebration on July 4th. I do not want any
complaints or negative comments from the locals.
12. I would also like to have a nice job without paying any taxes, and don't

enforce any labor laws or tax laws.
13. Please tell all the people in the country to be extremely nice and never

say a critical word about me, or about the strain I might place on the
economy.

I know this is an easy request because you already do all these things for
all the people who come to the U.S. from Mexico. I am sure that Pres. Fox
won't mind returning the favor if you ask him nicely.

However, if he gives you any trouble, just invite him to go quail hunting
with your V.P.

Thank you so much for your kind help.

So many thoughts come to mind with this post. The first one being is that I hope schools have gotten better since this one graduated or my daughter is in trouble. Second the work ethic of Hispanics is not in question here. Those guys bust their asses and take pride in their work as a general rule. Third is that Toy needs to proof read his posts before posting them cause "Damn"

I agree BRING IT ON!

And the Legal part is the key. I have Legal mexican friends as well and not 1 Illegal. Probably because of the whole not speaking spanish thing but even if I could speak it I wouldn't speak it unless I was in a spanish speaking country.

Never be ashamed of your Nationality or Heritage.  That is not what this about.
As Americans stand up for our rights and contact your representatives and be heard. If we don't let Congress know how we feel about the topic than they will just handle it the way they feel is best. The one thing we have over illegals is we have the right to be heard and do something about it. The rallys and protest are filled with illegals but that is the only way they can be heard and I don't think the public is not sympathetic to their cause.

One of the members here asked that political opinions and views not be expressed here on the CLF but I think it is an excellent place to learn about each other and our interest and views.

I sooooo wish Immigration would show up at these Rally's.... American Citizens have the right of Peacefull assembly but Illegals have no rights guaranteed by our constitution as they are not citizens.... Duh! Please someone with some pull get Imigration out to these things and watch how fast they disapate.

See  how quickly they went from waving other countries flags to the US flag. Cardinal Roger Mahoney asked them to roll up their countires flags to help the cause..hmmm. an obvious ploy to pursuade the Government, the US flag means nothing to them.

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith, becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American... There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people." -- Theodore Roosevelt, 1907

That is how all Americans should think. Unfortunately too many of them are all about being politically correct and far to liberal to see that. They are slowly killing this country by poisoning it from the inside. They are basically a Cancer to the USA and unfortunately we don't have a radiation treatment big enough and precise enough to just take out those country wrecking carcinoma's(yeah I probably misspelled that). I see this country haveing some real serious issues over the next 20-25 years and there is more then likely going to be alot of blood spilt because of it. Alot of people are getting way tired of all this BS and are gonna reach a point where they just go balistic. lucky for those like me we are against gun control and own many of them.... sucks to be the other side that is gonna have to go to this fight bare handed.

"In Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens."  http://www.city-journal.org/html/14_1_the_illegal_alien.html

Something better change quickly.

Cesar...it's nice to see you supporting your friends north of the border on this issue.   Smiley  We know that a lot of people carry a pretty heavy burden down there, but draining the US's resources and destroying what got us to where we are today isn't the answer.  I wonder what would happen if all the $$$ we dump into healthcare and education for illegals was sent down there to Mexico for public works projects, assistance with removing corrupt officials, etc...."teaching a man to fish" instead of just giving him the "fish"...  I think most of us up here want to be good neighbors, but the politicians (liberal and conservative) are way out of line on this one.

...more interesting reading "The multiracial U.S. working class is potentially the most powerful ally of Mexican workers. The SL/U.S. and the GEM are dedicated to forging revolutionary workers parties on both sides of the border as part of the fight to reforge Trotsky’s Fourth International, world party of socialist revolution."

Mexico has plenty of wealth.  They don't need any $ from foreign countries. What they need to do is radically change the way they waste the money they have.  For example, Mexico spends more money on the military than they do on public education.  Is that F'd up or what?  Now you might think this massive army might be used for some good, like peacekeeping in foreign war-torn countries.  No, it is against their constitution for their army to leave their country.  The result is the army does NOTHING.  What a colosal waste of money.  Meanwhile, it is common to see 8-15 year old children begging in the streets during weekdays.

That's what I suspected Bruce, but I didn't know it was that bad.  I think things are that way in a lot of poor countries, and I'm not so sure it's the "capitalist pigs" that are to blame...even though they do make an easy target.  I was sitting next to a woman on a plane whose husband had worked for USAID for 30 years and she said that it was the same way in India.  Plenty of resources and land to farm, but a lot of trouble with distribution of wealth.

I think the biggest problem of this is that they skim off the monies, where does it go, they have nothing to show for it.

The whole USA defense budget takes .04 cents out of every tax dollar, where as education, social security, welfair and all the other give aways take the bulk of each tax dollar.

The only way I see around it is to heavily fine and/or jail the CEO's of companys that are caught employing illegals. I think the laws are already in place, now we need to enforce them.

just enforce the tax laws about claiming employee wages against capital gains.  if an illegal alien is employed, the employer is not suppose to be able to claim paid wages against capital gains...  suddenly a legally employed worker actually costs the employer LESS total dollars to hire.

I was looking for a day without mexicans, especially if those mexicans are my in-laws!!!!!
Anyway, we have to look at the bright side, I get screwed because of the border bloking, and wasnt able to cross the border and pick up some materials on L.A.
I spend the day with my daugther and newborn baby.
