This is going to be very tough for me right now I have been going through a lot and only Lance and Rich know what has been going with me so bare with me please.  On March 20th I lost my second tot he oldest brother who got me into VW's he intorduced me to Mark Herbert some almost 30 years agos.  Then 18 days later I lost my borther just older then I am. Two months prior to that I lost the lady I had been care gicing to which was like a second mom to me since I had know her for over 40 years and one of my closest friends mom's.

So Ok now to why it matters about Nick's last year so many of you made and impact on a young lady who I called my oldest daughter her is Alayna she was 16 last year I have tried to attch a picture if not over on my  myspace I have her up. She was my best friend of 33 years Daughter She enjoyed cars and of course us the VW crowd that we are welcomed her with open arms everyone us from Dyno, Ray, Rich and Lance's families which I go way back with to Dee and Doug again Doug and I go way back Mike Herbert the same. There was Gent in from down under we ate with I for get his name he was into Gias she enjoyed us talking. Everyone made and impact on her as well as me know that even thou I had been gone from this wonderful group of people for years that I could bring in someone that I loved so dearly and you all would treat her like she was mine and I thank you for that.   I felt I need to share this you all I sit here a frown man in tears right now her mother called me yesterday and told me that she had a seizure then a stroke on each side of her brain. They had put her on life support until the rest of the fmaliy could get there then they would take her off. For the first time in my life I did not wish I was in my best friends shoes for nothing.  Here I am a grown man helpless I could solve a lot her problem when she asked now I could do nothing at all! That's messed up. Well today they took her off life support at 7:11p.m. cst and she passed away.  So I want to know that she was amazed to know that Ray's Ghia could be driven on the street still run in the 10's have a stero and sound so nice when he headed home. She thought it was great that she would be able to have a chance to race a vw once I got back east again.   She made it back there I had not finish up everything I need to out hereand still have not. So I want to Thank all of you and anyone I might have forgot I'm so sorry But Thank you from the bottom of my heart for touch her heart giving her something dream for and enjoy that one night we all had last year She was 17 years old when she passed away tonight she was "MY PARTNER IN CRIME"  "MY OLDEST DAUGHTER"   "MY NIECE"  MY BEST FRIENDS DAUGHTER!

Thanks for hear me rant and reading what I had to say dear old friends even thou I don't stop in as much as I should now you know why I have been in the last 4 months

I'm soo sorry to hear this Myles. My heart just aches! Something like this, you have no control over! Try to stay positive and as you are doing now ; think about all the good times she had.
