I will have to agree with Jason .The collector flange doesnt look like A-1. Yours is flat on the sides mine is more rounded. Still looks good. Cool What kind of header is that ? Is it stainless ? Can we say BLING!  Grin  Heres a few of mine.

I also got the header from Dave.  I think Kymco made it.  I just wanted quality parts that last.  =)

i made this from a mandrel u-bend, magnaflow muffler witha 2 1/2" inner core and el-cheapo chrome tip.

this is the view from above my bumper that has been pushed in 2 1/2" from stock.

it has since had the clamp welded to the tube for a much cleaner look.  the collector also is 2 1/4" as well as the tube all of the way through.

And it makes more HP and torque than a standard merge...450.00 natural finish, 600.00 ceramic. We are working with a different muffler so that you can use a standard traction bar.....

Latest Dynomax setup...car has 944 rear discs, heaterboxes, and a 245 tire (albeit under a 1-1/4" fender) - it's snug in there.

Here is the Thunderbird glass pack system I had on my '66 back in the '80's.  Paint burned right off of it.

Just removed the Berg dual quiet-pak system and stock heater boxes from my '71.

Soon to be installed new Berg system (before coating was applied)

Old School Gene Berg Single Quiet Pack.  Cool

1.5 inch (major torque and smoothness) on a 2110, with matching 1.5 inch heater boxes, allowing the use of the stock thermostat.

I've run every type of muffler I can think of over the years, and the traditional Single Quiet Pack is still my favourite.

LOVE that photo! Man, does that bring back some memories.

When glasspacks were KING, and Hondas with huge, load exhausts didn't exist.  Cool

LOL - the only loud mufflers on a Honda back then were ones that lost the muffler.

Here is my dad's '75 CVCC Honda and the family truckster '69 Ford Country Squire.

Here is my dad's first VW (a '59).  He took this from our roof about 1970.  My bike (with training wheels! is next to it)

 Cheesy

It reminds of the muffler bypasses the offshore powerboat racers use. One setting for inside the marina, and then a straight pass for offshore.

A1 Lowdown Header and Large Muffler.

This is the second A1 product on the car and both have been great. The Ceramic coating on the previous header did not last though.

^^^ We got spammed

Here's another muffler you may or may not have seen.  It's a baffle actually, made for V8 cars by Car Chemistry.  I think it was about $70.  I needed something extremely compact, and effective. I installed it in my 3" turbo down pipe.  This is the tripple baffle (obviously).  It did make a huge difference in sound, and sounded awesome I thought.
