This guy was up into the 140-150 psi boost range.  At least that is all he would tell me about.  Wink

How many cylinders is that

It is just a 5.9L 5 cylinder Cummins.  I spoke with another guy and he was putting "a little into the 3 digits" to his 5.9L in a drag truck but would give me exact numbers.  He said he could wrap the rods around the crank if he wanted but he knew where that boost point was.  I guess his bottom end wasn't as stout.

Man, I dunno. Undecided  Those things are impressive, but I'd never do all of that stuff to my truck.  My plans are tame, really.  I'm planning an exhaust upgrade, a Banks intake elbow and some sort of air intake upgrade.  I might get a programer at some point, but seriously, I'm more than happy with the stock performance.  I have a ball with it stock and when I tow my trailer it does really, really well.  And I'm loving the 4x4.   Grin  I won't return to a low-rider truck.

Depends on the method of lowering but it should tow the same if you lower the rear with blocks. If you bag it make sure that the bags can handle the extra weight you plan to add to the rear of truck. If you don't accident waiting to happen.  Its when you remove leaves to lower then you run into problems. When I was in the suspension business we sold Timbern kits http://www.timbren.com/ . They make kits for lowered trucks as well 2,000#-6,000# more carrying capacity and elimated rear end squat and sway.  -Jacob-

how do you tow with a lowered truck

My truck had about a 6" / 8" drop.  The front end came down with a combo of spindles and new coil springs.  For the rear the frame was "C" sectioned, a flip kit was added with custom shackles.  I added some air bags to help level it off when towing.

For towing I had a custom "hidden" hitch that was consealed behind the roll panel.  You crawled underneath, removed the hitch pin, slide out the license plate/mount, and slide in a tongue and hitch ball.  It was a very clean installation.  Towing capcity was the same as stock.

im thinking about building a parallel 4 link setup with bags with built in single adjustable shocks and a sliding wishbone to center and a sway bar for body roll in my S-10 standard cab do you see any possible problems with this oh in the front im going with the shockwave setup with tubular upper and lower control arms I am trying to get it so when I am not towing i can let out the bags and lay frame on some 33X18 tires (in the rear of course)

Any and all help apreciated
