No I never got it into reverse, Jimmy was pushing the car backwards to the staging lanes. ;)Actually, I didn't pull the lever and then push it forward so it was 3rd gear instead of 1rst gear. .... DUHHHHHH!!!! This is the first time using a vertigate, and let me say although it shifts like butter, it does take some getting used to. Well I am taking the car this morning to Roger's so that they can trouble shoot the oil leaking problem. Might have too much oil in the Dry Sump in addition to a leaking AN fitting. Glad that it's not too much drama....That's racing.

more shift time you will be pulling the lever you had driven it all your life. They are great once you get thru the first few times. I know that when I have used them in v8's it was another race then just shifting an H pattern. Like rubbing your head and patting your belly.
