Got the engine done but having brake issues, gonna get a new master cylinder tomorrow and change it out. Man I hope that is it.

quite a few bugs out there.Hector was quickest by a mile,i am still having clutch issues but i managed to go 6.67 so better and the wheels left the ground Smiley

I was fighting brake issues. Teflon tape in the line somewhere. Took everythting apart and got it done around 5:00 pm.
Glad to hear you were running well Richie. Any times for Hector?

ok ok i know, its not my first bbq. Smiley it is actually the first time it ran good since i changed stuff to the engine and changed the car setup. with all the extra weight added now im surprised with a 7.40, i didnt think it would be able to get back to the way it was any time soon, so hopefully the 7.20's wont be far off

Jason the weight of the cage is a factor, but remember, it also makes a better tuned chassis, no more pan flexing, so that alone will make it do a better pass,instead of twisting then going, its just launching forward even though its heavier now. Im sure you'll accomplish 7.20's real soon. Heck my best time aspirated was also only a 7.22 but i was never satisfied with my #s.
