Dyno Event Sponsors NEEDED !! (

Hey Cal Look Members,

Ive been worknig on our next event for 2009. We've added a new Dyno Event as part of the weekend
and are currently looking for Sponsors that are willing to trade parts or gift certificates in exchange to
a Sponsor Package at our event.

What ever you donate, I will give you twice the level in sponsorship... example.. you donate $250 worth
of parts or gift certificates and I will give you the $500 Sponsor Level in exchange.

The event is Called WinterJAM Weekend. For 2009 it will be 4 days long and will include 3 VW Shows, a
Dyno Event, A navigational Rally, a cruise, 3 nightly parties, 3 different Lifestyle events and much much more.

We will start advertising in mid to late august and will be advertising it nationally as well as internationally.

Banner Ads on 4 different VW Commnunity Sites
Magazine Ads in Hot VW's & Ultra (Possibly in Volksworld, Super VW & VW Scene if funds allow)
30,000 Event Brochures are being printed
500 Event Posters are being printed
Sponsoring 4 Different VW Events

I need parts/certicates for the Dyno Event giveaways, for door prizes & for the Raffle.

PS: if you like to attend Event Weekend and vend or display at the Saturday & Sunday events,
that is included in the Silver Level or Above.
