I just saw this on their site www.dkpcarclub.com Is it open to everyone? Had a good time last year..

YES it's open to everyone please bring an unwrapped toy for donation to the Fullerton P.D. 
 
DKP's 4th annual Santa's Lil' Helper Driving Cruise it will be a GREAT 20+ mile cruise through the streets of Orange County this year starting and ending back at NICK'S 1712 W. Orangethorpe Ave. Fullerton Please meet at 3:30p.m. cruise will roll at 4:00p.m. sharp.All streetable V.W.'s welcome.This is a free event but please bring an unwrapped toy as mentioned above for donation.
