It's gonna be a 24/7 wrenching frenzy to get it together...once we get all the mechanical together...back to the sheet metal shop by Monday for final fitting of rear tinwork.

If you were to go for the rat rod look, you might make it. but the quality of car that joe runs,...I would have to say,...maybe not. It would be awesome to see that done by BOR.

I know,...Steal Joe's car (it is already on the trailer), then call Chip Foose and do an Overhaul'n episode! One Week to 10's (9's?)

Update...

Things done in the last 24 hours:

1. Rear brake lines - DONE
2. Plumb fuel system - DONE
3. Shifter - DONE...and working like it was designed
4. Front end suspension - DONE
5. Electrical - DONE
6. New back rims/tires mounted - DONE
7. Trans all tightened up and aligned - DONE

Things still needed:

1. Install "BIG HORSEPOWER MOTOR"
2. Finish front section of brake lines
3. Set up suspension
4. Installl windows/window net
5. Install and align temporary fiberglass front end (until the CCC one comes in)

Things that have to be done but will be out of our hands:

1. Finish rear tin section/firewall
2. Finish throttle linkage
3. Make up lead weight and install (We still need to find about 100 pounds worth...anyone have any?)

We might just be able to do this if all goes as planned!!! We might have to do some shake down passes up and down the street again...I'm sure my neighbors will love that...LOL

Side note:
We have a brand new set of American Racing rims with 3" offset for sale...have already been drilled for screws...price to be determined soon...they are the ones in the pictures.

If you've got a mold. I can come up with some old wheel weight to melt down. I don't know if there's that much weight there?
