Question guy's, any difference between a 67' wiper motor and a 69' wiper motor if basicly the body is the same??

12 volt and bolt up the same then no diff to me as long as work.

Back when I converted my '66 sunroof from 6V to 12V (1984?) , I swapped in a complete wiper motor/arm assembly and dash switch from a '68.   Since the '68 has a padded dash and black soft knobs, I swapped my old dash switches to make my dash look like a '67.

I believe the later model VW's have a splined wiper pivot shaft that secures the wiper arms better than the early cars.   If swapping the newer assembly into an older model, I think you need to enlarge the openings in the cowl to fit the larger diameter shafts.  I recall reading a Tech Tip in Hot VW's about this conversion.
