(beetle swing axle )
Hi,
Please help me with this:
Some years ago I installed front suspension adjusters and I'm happy, I can adjust the height of the front suspension. But rear suspension was a pain, I want to drop the rear but if I move the spring plate torsion bar position to a lower height setting I have toe in and I really hate this, Then I prefer straight position.
http://www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=717Then I saw the spring plates with adjusters, I never saw 1 and I never bought it because I believe I will have the same toe in result,
I'm correct ?http://www.cbperformance.com/catalog.asp?ProductID=718Now I saw this sway a way rear adjuster that works like the front adjusters that i already installed. with this rear adjuster if a drop some inches the rear I will have correct straight rear wheel
or the toe in will persist ?I supose this rear adjuster is great to preload the torsion bars
is a rear drop height without toe in solution or not ?The only solution is to cut and weld the rear suspesion beam (what is the correct name , rear torsion housing) in a higher position to drop the rear ?
thanks in advance
