hey every one, im lookin for some help. i have a lowered 65 bus with a bug trany and and 67 only axles. it has a pretty healthy 2109 with dual 48 IDAs and i like to drive my bus hard. right now i have a nice race trany in it ( or whats called a pro street) but its getting tired. i have had problems like chewed up fulcrum plates and axle spades ....and iv cracked the nose cone...
(i run solid steel mounts, i dont want rubber or urethane i always break them) and i dont want to IRS my bus, i like camber

so basically what im asking is.....what options do i have?
i have a lowered bus and a big motor. and i need something strong.
or maybe ways to upgrade my setup now, jus seems like the power of my motor and the weight of my bus keep tearing up tranys. im also really considering turboing it also.....so i need to do something about the trans

any help would be awesome

There should not be a life issue of the trans when using solid mounts versus rubber or urethane.

The camber is probably what is chewing up the fulcrums and axles. It is putting the axles in a bind and is even harder on parts when you drive it hard.
