O-ring or not in Shuffle Pins????

I have bought an Autolinea aluminium case from Brazil, that has only two Shuffle Pins in the center main studs, my question is if I have to use the original o-ring in the Shuffle Pins putting them in the bottom of the female side of the Shuffle Pins or not?

No o-rings on the shuffle pin through bolts-just use sealer under the washer and under the nut on the outside of the case.  On the other through bolts without the shuffle pins continue to use the o-rings but as a precaution also use sealer under the washer and under the nut on the outside of the case.
