I was wondering why you were only going up to 5k...

You're now done with the singles.  Put the real springs on it, and let it RIP!

Sounds very sweet there Craig. Except for the valve float at 12 seconds! Bring on the dual springs! Did you go for stock or ratio rockers this time?

Heads are Street Eliminator machined to accept the 2nd plug.

Traditionally on Porsche engines, high compression pistons have a very tall dome which bisects the combustion chamber. A single plug struggles to thoroughly ignite the entire chamber area. Imagine a mountain range in the middle of the combustion chamber.
With a flat top piston, I dont know that there would be much benefit...but would love to learn more about this combo.

Looks great Craig!
How hard can you rev it once the dual or heavier springs go in?

Thanks Dave.

Won't really know how it revs until I get the doubles in and give it a better tune and stick a smaller pulley on.

It better rev!

What I meant was what did your engine builder say your shift point, or to set your rev limiter to. 8000?

We'll be starting at 7,400 and see how it goes. I haven't raced it since 2000 so I'll need some time to get my eye in.
