NHRA Sport Compact is this weekend at Atco NJ, and I finally have my car back, after missing the first 2 events. The weather looks hit and miss, so hopefully they will get it in.Will post results on monday.

Well heres the results from this weekend.Qualified #12, with an 11.17. First time shot, went 11.43@116.74 Changed the timing, jets, plugs, put in a MSD adj. rev limiter, so the burnout wouldn't kill the motor, 6600rpms, then roll it to 8,000 for the run. Went out and ran a 11.17@117.73 Sunday morning first round I get a guy dialed in at 9.74 He goes red, he runs a 9.10 on a 9.74 dial in I didn't see the board, I run it out to a 10.999@119.49mph The 60' 1.462, 1/8 6.918 Second round I get #1 guy, dials in at 8.82, I slow down to a 11.13, he flys by at 8.61@156.84mph Overall, I am thrilled with the way the car picked up from the 11.43 to a 10.999 but it would have been better with a Wally to bring back home. Next chance isn't til Oct, at Etown.
