Could be awhile before someone like this comes along in your lifetime, A simple man who cares for others, compassionate, faithful, trustworthy, ingenious, thoughtful and a million other examples of being a human one could think of!

9 years ago this man was taken from all of us from a battle with cancer, A Brain Tumor took its toll after 4 years of destroying a perfect work of art in a man. Humble to a major extent by passion for his Family, Friends and fellow humans.
One can only hope this type of person lives near you?

At the young age of 34 life had finally come to a tragic end for this Son, Father, Brother and Friend of many whom became familiar with his little whistle from the theme to Sanford & Son! doot doot doot do doot. When times are tuff, I too whistle it to keep me sane from all the drama created from people who have no clue on being a human being...

As the days pass each year, Remembering all the great times of being a part of Gods work! It makes me wonder why all the great people are taken from our lives? We all have someone special we can think of that has passed for all types of reasons but, in a three week span from the end of July to August 13th all I can do is think of the loss of that someone special who is always in my thoughts.

To my Little Brother Andy, who will never be missed more than he is today, I salute you with the honor of keeping your legacy alive!

He left behind, His son Evan who will be attending High School in a few weeks (Chip of the ole block) His sister Christy, Mother & Father and myself along with anyone who ever had the chance to meet or hear about his Drag racing career as a 3 time Champion  and record breaker in every class he raced against.

Not to be a snob but, He was the best!

We all miss you Andy, may your rest in peace and one day will be along side the best Friend, Brother and Human Being that graced my soul.

TC.

WOW, has it really been 9 years?Huh I was just thinking of the passing of Andy the other day wondering how long it had been. With the recent passings of Lyle Berniklau and JT Wylie, it brought up some not-so-found memories of witnessing Andy's battle with cancer and his untimely passing.

I hope that Evan (in high school, really? Are you sure??!?!) knows that his dad was a great racer and an even better man.

Best wishes to the rest of the Costello Family...
