Hello,
Does anyone out there run ERCO's on a street bus?
I am looking at buying a set for my 1970 lowlight bus but I've been told they're not suitable for a street bus.
Advice would be great!
Thank you.

I believe that they have two versions, light and heavier duty. I would call them and see what they're rated at. I would be surprised if the street versions couldn't be used - I've seen then on buses - but you should certainly check.

JugHead --- --- Gonna help you out here --- ALL let me say this again ALL of erco rims are made by CMS (Custom Metal Spinning) in Paramount CA -- Call Walter up and say that the Fiatdude told you to call and he will hook you up with any thickness you want -- He made the custom front and rear rims for the Fiat for me. the front with a 4x96 lug pattern and in zero offset 15" x 3.5" -- the rear with a mix-and-match halves so that I could put a 205 under the fender. But he can make almost any back/front spacing up to a 15x15 rim if you want to run those 14x32 slicks or paddles

Look into the new aluminum wheels offered by Kartek and B&R Buggies. Look just like DDS wheels, only much heavier duty....

No, those are not the wheels they now carry. The wheels I am talking about are welded, and do not have bolts or rivets around the center. And I am using 14mm studs with mine...

Do you have a link to where to buy them or what they look like?
