I noticed the other day that I don't refer to my car and my engine as being one in the same. You know when someone usually says that they're having a car problem, they say their car's not running right. I say my engine's acting up. To me it just seems since the engine can come in and out so easily, that it's not as integrated as other cars. I mean there are some with two different engines for the same car. Does anyone else say the same thing?

Same here. In fact, the car and engine have different names, with the engine being Dieter the Two Litre. It makes sense, though, as I've had the engine 16 years and the car only 12.

Anthropomorphic.
