I have Kymco 1.5" merged heaterboxes. The flange on the collector is at 12 o'clock.
I also have a vintage set of Berg dual QP's. The flange on them is at 1 o'clock. Other than that, they look like they'll fit perfectly.
Before I cut and turn the flange on the Berg mufflers, I was wondering if anyone is running the Bugpack heaterboxes/collector? I "think" the Bugpack collector is 1 5/8", not 1.5". But if it's approx. the same length and already has the flange at 1 o'clock, that might be an easier solution.
I am a little concerned about losing some low end torque with the larger collector AND the dual QP's.
Who's running the Bugpack merged heaterboxes/collector? Any pics?

I ran one on my two olds 1775 engines on my bay window to clear the engine bar, It was a nice exhaust, thick flanges, built in clamps. But I don't know if you have the problem here in the US but, the ceramic coating totally rusted in 2 years of French daily driving.

Here are some pics :

Who are some good Bugpack dealers that I could call about pricing/availability of just the header part?

Try Vee Dub Parts Unlimited, they ship world wide (714) 848-8868 I don't have my list of dealers with me, but if you call me at BUGPACK I will try and find a dealer near you (714) 979-4990

One more thing BUGPACK exhaust systems are made in house...

Hey Dominick, since you're an "insider", do think the collector will work for what I intend to do? Basically, I just need the flange at 1 o'clock  so I can run some vintage Berg dual QP's that were made for a merged header. Any idea on pricing?
