I am trying to figure out if I can run Berg fanshroud mounted linkage with my (tall) CB Big beef manifolds and 48mm IDF Webers. Has anyone adapted that linkage to fit that setup?   I am hoping this will take care of my linkage issues though.  Tired of "monkeying" with this CB linkage and I don't have room for bell crank linkage. Of course, wether or not Berg even has any linkage in stock is another story. Thanks for the help.

I'm certainly hoping the Berg linkage will work!
I'm trading up my std. CB manifolds and GB stock valve heads to Big Beef port-matched manifolds and 044 heads.   I think the GB linkage arms may need shortening due to the taller manifolds (or just get another set from GB).

Current set-up

Std. CB Dellorto kit manifolds with GB linkage arms

New CB heads and manifolds

A quick side-by-side comparison:
The new manifolds are a little over 1/2" taller and they aren't offset like the std. manifolds (to work with the original CB linkage).  The stock DP cooling tin will need tweeking to allow the inner portion of the manifold to seat on the head.
