The piping of copper lines will not hold the pressure.  I think the fitting is 3/16 and you need stainless lines or NSR22?  Make sure the stainless tube has been anneal for bending.

I would check out one of the local big name tool dealer vans like Snap-On Tools, MAC and Matco for the tubing bender.  Or check out some auto parts stores like NAPA, Carquest, etc...

For the tubing itself, I would check out some hydraulic repair and or heavy equipment shops.

Don't forget AN flares need to be 37 degrees, as a opposed to standard automotive 45 degrees.

You probably know this but just wanted to be sure.

Ditch the tubes and use -3 braided lines...
one to each nozzle from a 4 port block

Those are the ones....

I have em mounted directly to the solenoid, mounted on the center of the motor, we have no shroud or cooling fans to get in the way.
The braided lines make it much easier to change jets and look much cleaner
I have all my lines made up at VWP.......

Can you please show a picture of the nitrous and gas jet that has been taped into the intake manifold or the size of the pipe?

There is a great little tubing bender at Harbor Freight. It's $8 and although it is a Harbor Freight tool it did a great job bending all of my stainless steel hard lines in my NOS kit.

Here's a link, hope it helps.
