This weekend I managed to build a somewhat simple body cart. I used two engine stands and mounted the body using the front beam to body mount and the rear body mounts by the shocks. It took maybe 2 – 3 hours to get this together, sure wish I had made this a few years ago. I already had one engine stand and the other I purchased from Harbor Freight for under $40. The body does not roll all the way around. This is because I did not extend the upright post of the engine stand. The pivot point needs to be closer to the center of the body, but I did not have any material on had to do this. Maybe later I will make that change.
